Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our project team in Tanzania.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities on site. Key duties include:

  • Manage and oversee construction activities on site.
  • Lead and supervise project teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor project schedules, quality, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote project environment.
  • Mining or industrial construction experience is desirable.
