Position: Health Safety and Security Officer
Working Station: Dar es Salaam
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA Certification, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an HSSE role, preferably in the oil and gas or LPG sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of LPG operations and associated risks.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local HSE regulations and industry standards (e.g., EWURA, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Health Safety and Security Officer at Taifa Gas
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, EWURA, etc.).
- Emergency response planning and fire safety skills.
- Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessment and sustainability measures.
