- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Your challenges
Decoding the Market Landscape :
- Tracking competitor strategies and emerging trends across diverse African markets
- Analyzing customer behavior and usage patterns to understand their needs, preferences, and financial literacy levels, guiding customer value proposition (CVP) development and product enhancements.
Optimizing for Impact and Growth :
- Designing and validating data-driven pricing models that balance affordability with profitability promoting financial access and sustainable growth.
- Developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, mitigating potential threats like credit defaults, fraud, and operational inefficiencies.
Fuelling Insights and Communication :
- Building compelling data-driven narratives that translate complex information into actionable insights.
