Position Summary

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the spa facility. The role supports spa therapists, ensures treatment rooms and guest areas are properly prepared, and provides professional assistance to guests to enhance their overall spa experience.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

  • Respond to guest requests and interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize guest comfort and satisfaction.
  • Assist guests with spa appointments and facility usage.
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and appropriately.

Spa Operations

  • Set up and maintain spa facilities, including:
    • Refreshment areas
    • Changing rooms
    • Treatment rooms
    • Relaxation areas
  • Prepare treatment rooms according to established spa standards.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned and reset after each treatment.

Housekeeping & Hygiene

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa.
  • Clean and stock:
    • Walkways
    • Pantries
    • Spa offices
    • Storage areas
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of spa linens and supplies.
  • Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Equipment & Maintenance

  • Monitor the condition of spa equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained.
  • Identify and immediately report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Follow up on repair and maintenance requests as required.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Receive, store, and organize spa products and supplies from the purchasing department.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring operational readiness.

Teamwork & Professionalism

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Support team members during busy operational periods.
  • Actively participate in daily briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
  • Maintain grooming and hygiene standards in line with lodge requirements.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow the Lodge’s Code of Conduct and operational standards.

Administrative Support

  • Be proficient in the use of the spa reservation system and related software.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
