Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of world-class digital marketing strategies aimed at accelerating brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

The role is responsible for driving integrated digital campaigns across social media, search, digital advertising, websites, and emerging digital platforms. The successful candidate will leverage data, analytics, and consumer insights to optimize performance, return on investment, and customer experience.

The Digital Marketing Manager will also champion innovation, digital excellence, and content effectiveness while ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing NBC’s online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, campaign awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

The role involves overseeing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital media, search engines, and the NBC website. The position also requires the use of data and analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

The successful candidate will ensure effective use of digital platforms while aligning all activities with regulatory requirements, brand strategy, customer needs, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that promote NBC products and services through digital channels.

The role includes maximizing the use of NBC’s digital assets to support business visibility, traffic growth, and lead generation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving maximum utilization of the NBC website, microsites, and portals.
  • Ensuring content is updated on time within the agreed turnaround time.
  • Growing the number of visitors according to annual targets.
  • Driving business lead collection from social media and digital media channels.
  • Ensuring leads are collected according to the set target for each campaign.

Innovation and Industry Trends

The Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to keep NBC competitive and innovative in the financial services sector.

  • Ability to move between the creative side and analytical side of marketing.
