Insignia Paints Ltd is looking for an experienced HR professional to partner with plant leadership and drive people strategies that support productivity, compliance, capability building, and operational excellence.

- Employee engagement & culture building
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 8-12 years of HR experience
- 5-8 years in manufacturing/plant HR
- Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
- Strong HR operations, compliance & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills mandatory
