Our focus is to increase impact per each SEK\/TZS by increasing awareness of our<br \/>\nprograms and enhancing young people\u2019s employability. We are looking for a strategic,<br \/>\norganized leader to manage our Academy and drive our funding growth through high-quality<br \/>\ngrant proposals.<br \/>\nThe Role<br \/>\nThis is a dual-focus role for a professional who excels at both execution and expansion. You will<br \/>\nbe responsible for the Help to Help Academy overseeing training projects while simultaneously<br \/>\nserving as our lead Proposal Writer. You will turn our program successes into compelling<br \/>\nnarratives and technical documents that secure funding from foundations, governments, and<br \/>\nembassies.<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<br \/>\n1. Help to Help Academy Management(60%)<br \/>\n\u25cf Project Management &amp; Program Strategic Implementation: Lead the strategic<br \/>\nimplementation of the Help to Help Academy program ensuring alignment with<br \/>\nbeneficiaries needs and consistency with the market.This includes managing planning<br \/>\nand execution cycles from setting priorities, tracking progress, reporting and<br \/>\nproactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.<br \/>\n\u25cf Budget Management: Lead development and management of the program budget,<br \/>\nensuring effient resources allocation aligned with organizational priorities and program<br \/>\nneeds while upholding value for money<br \/>\n\u25cf Training Leadership: Lead the selection, supervision, and coordination of participants.<br \/>\nEnsure training manuals and toolboxes are updated and effective as well as facilitating<br \/>\nemployability skills trainings.<br \/>\n\u25cf Corporate Bridging: Manage company visits by identifying potential corporate<br \/>\npartners, initiating relationships, and coordinating student visits.<br \/>\n\u25cf M&amp;E: Monitor participant records and support the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E)<br \/>\nfor the Academy to ensure we hit impact targets.<\/p>\n<p>2. Research &amp; Strategic Development(10%)<br \/>\n\u25cf Market Trends: Conduct research on youth employment and skills on demand to<br \/>\nensure our programs remain relevant.<br \/>\n\u25cf Program Innovation: Develop and implement concepts for both small-scale<br \/>\nimprovements and large-scale strategic shifts in our methodology. Use data insights to<br \/>\ndrive decisions, refine implementation strategies and program quality long term.<br \/>\n\u25cf Internal Knowledge: Act as a subject matter expert for the team on best practices in<br \/>\nthe education-to-employment sector.<br \/>\n3. Proposal Writing &amp; Grant Development(30%)<br \/>\n\u25cf Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify grant opportunities from foundations,<br \/>\ngovernment offices, and embassies.<br \/>\n\u25cf Concept Development: Clarify project needs and objectives to determine proposal<br \/>\nconcepts and lead strategy meetings for upcoming Request for Proposal (RFPs).<br \/>\n\u25cf Technical Writing: Lead the writing of compelling, high-quality proposals by<br \/>\nassembling technical data including outcomes, implementation methods, staffing, and<br \/>\nbudgets.<br \/>\n\u25cf Workflow Management: Establish priorities and timelines for information gathering to<br \/>\nensure all submissions meet deadlines.<br \/>\n\u25cf Quality &amp; Process Improvement: Maintain documents and templates to improve<br \/>\nefficiency and consistency in our tone and readability.<br \/>\n\u25cf Risk Assessment: Identify and communicate potential risks associated with new grant<br \/>\nproposals to the management team.<br \/>\nThe Lifecycle of Program Development &amp; Funding<br \/>\nThe successful candidate will manage the full cycle of program growth, from initial research to<br \/>\nsecuring the funds that make the project sustainable.<br \/>\nWho You Are<br \/>\n\u25cf Experience: You have atleast 4 year of program management experience within<br \/>\nmedium to large scale organisations, where you have delivered strong results.<br \/>\n\u25cf An Operational Leader: You use data to drive informed decisions and improve program<br \/>\noutcomes.
