Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<\/b><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The<b>\u00a0key purpose<\/b> of this role is to guide Sales teams to provide market-driven, differentiated service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified segments, achieving growth in volumes sold, growth in market share, and increased competitiveness.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategic business plans<\/li>\n<li>Compile quarterly operational sales plan in relation to the 3 year business plan<\/li>\n<li>Develop an annual time and territory management plan<\/li>\n<li>Determine annual budget requirements<\/li>\n<li>Provide customers service excellence<\/li>\n<li>Provide merchandising and signage support<\/li>\n<li>Implement national, regional and ad hoc promotional activity<\/li>\n<li>Implement customer call frequency<\/li>\n<li>Establish sound business relationships<\/li>\n<li>Develop tailored service packages<\/li>\n<li>Achieve predetermined sales volume and market share targets<\/li>\n<li>Leverage sales information services<\/li>\n<li>Monitor retail liquor pricing<\/li>\n<li>Maintain product quality<\/li>\n<li>Comply with ABINBEV credit policy<\/li>\n<li>Conduct SEC evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Manage Human Resources<\/li>\n<li>Develop employees<\/li>\n<li>Manage IR climate<\/li>\n<li>Apply personnel function<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Attributes and Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiating skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work long hours and under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Team participation and good leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years\u2019 experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or beverage sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies and managing budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer focus with experience in delivering tailored service and building relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Skilled in implementing promotions, merchandising, and leveraging sales data.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of relevant compliance (e.g., ABINBEV credit policy) and retail pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing and developing sales teams and handling employee relations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Band: VII<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements<br \/>\nThe advert has minimum requirements listed.
