Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<b>k<\/b><b>ey purpose<\/b> of this role is to develop and execute brand plans that contribute to the delivery of business goals.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse data and brand performance analysis for insights &amp; to articulate brand issues and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Articulate goals &amp; objectives consistent with the role of the brand.<\/li>\n<li>Implements winning activity plans which deliver brand strategy and objectives &amp; in line with creative platform.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver, measure and evaluate activities which win in the market to optimise performance and marketing spend effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Project management to deliver activation on time &amp; on budget.<\/li>\n<li>Clear communication of activities &amp; execution standards to channel &amp; sales.<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal and external stakeholders and drive excitement for the brand and its activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Attributes and Competencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communications skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills to able to manage internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Action and results oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing<b>,\u00a0<\/b>Business Administration, Communications, or a related commercial discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within FMCG, beverages, or consumer-driven industries.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in developing and executing brand plans, including campaign planning, activation, and performance tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to analyse market, consumer, and performance data to generate insights and translate them into actionable brand initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Band: VII<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
