Ltd (TANICA), based in Bukoba Municipality, Kagera Region, has been an experienced producer of Instant Coffee in Tanzania since 1963. TANICA invites Tanzanian applicants with suitable qualifications and experience to fill the following available vacancies:<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\">Personal Secretary (1 Post)<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Preparing and maintaining records of meetings, correspondence, and other official documents.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing meetings extracts and arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>To make sure that office environment is tidy.<\/li>\n<li>Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and directing visitors and telephone calls appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with general office administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NTA \u2013 Level 6) or office management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.<\/li>\n<li>Must have passed both short hand (English) and Kiswahili (hatimkato) at a speed of 100 wpm.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and Publisher.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Mode of Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Interested and qualified candidates should submit the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>A signed application letter.<\/li>\n<li>Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).<\/li>\n<li>Copies of academic and professional certificates.<\/li>\n<li>Copy of birth certificate.<\/li>\n<li>One recent passport-size photograph.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Applications should be addressed and sent to the following address not later than 30\/12\/2025: The General Manager, Tanganyika Instant Coffee PLC, P.O.
