Position Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Branch Accounts and Operations Officer<\/strong>\u00a0is responsible for supporting branch-level financial management, administration, procurement, coordination, and program implementation activities. The position ensures that all operational processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with BRAC\u2019s programmatic goals. A total of\u00a0<strong>57 vacancies<\/strong>\u00a0are available across multiple regions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>2. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>A. Finance &amp; Accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive all collected cash, update the daily cash register, prepare vouchers and bills, and plan for proper banking.<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily and month-end cash reconciliations and review the collection ledger\/DCR.<\/li>\n<li>Record all branch-level expenses and financial transactions promptly in the accounting system.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with BRAC policies, donor requirements, and regulatory standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper custody of all financial and procurement documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>B. Branch Operations Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead branch-level procurement activities in line with approved guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain custody of all branch assets, including electronics and furniture, and manage the stock register.<\/li>\n<li>Support coordination of field activities, including AIM club visits, YDC and VSLA meetings, and training follow-ups.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with identifying club spaces, preparing agreements, organizing club operations, and managing participant invitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>C. Technical &amp; Program Implementation Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the AIM Branch Manager in planning, rolling out, and monitoring program activities to meet programmatic targets (AOP).<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the focal point for digital tools, including\u00a0<strong>Binsight<\/strong>, and ensure proper usage during program implementation and household surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Support timely disbursement of livelihood and education pathway funds to program participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>D. Coordination, Supervision &amp; Administration<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-facilitate monthly branch coordination meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the second focal point for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary contact for safety and security matters, including incident reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Provide safeguarding support, ensuring all team members and participants are protected from harm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>3. Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (preferred) or Diploma in:\n<ul>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Commerce<\/li>\n<li>Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>Or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of\u00a0<strong>2 years\u2019 experience<\/strong>\u00a0in the national or international development sector.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing finance and accounts for development programs, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Microfinance<\/li>\n<li>Livelihood<\/li>\n<li>Education<\/li>\n<li>Agriculture &amp; food security<\/li>\n<li>Women\u2019s and girls\u2019 empowerment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong project management and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supervision, monitoring, finance, logistics, and administration.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>4.
