To lead and manage the Client Experience team and strategy in the execution of the full suite of Global Markets products and services to grow share of wallet, maximise GM returns, optimize platform utilisation and achieve and sustain an excellent client experience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications<\/div>\n
\n

Type of Qualification:\u00a0<\/strong>First Degree
\nField of Study:\u00a0<\/strong>Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Banking<\/p>\n

Other Qualifications:<\/strong>\u00a0ACI and CISI certification is mandatory<\/p>\n

\nMore than 10 years
\nDemonstrate evidence of knowing how to empower innovative solutioning, through the adoption of next generation digital and data opportunities and strategies<\/p>\n

More than 10 years
\nDemonstrates a track record of client centricity through partnership and leading disruptive strategies across client segments to protect and strengthen the client experience.<\/p>\n

More than 10 years
\nExperience working across global macro contexts to predict long term impacts to the industry and business. Has led a disruptive change across multiple countries\/products and other stakeholders that require benefits realization trade-offs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
