This role focuses on optimizing marketing workflows, executing integrated campaigns, overseeing the Brand strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing professional with strong project management capabilities, a deep understanding of banking products, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"dlVaanciesList_divResponsblity_0\" class=\"form-group row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-2\"><span id=\"dlVaanciesList_lblResponsblity_0\" class=\"font-weight-bold\">Main Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-10\"><strong>Marketing Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"p-l-17\">\n<li>Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, print, ATL\/BTL, in-branch).<\/li>\n<li>Oversee marketing calendars, campaign workflows, approvals, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain standardized marketing processes, templates, and operational frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships, including creative agencies, research firms, and production houses.<\/li>\n<li>Track budgets, monitor cost efficiency, and ensure adherence to procurement guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Implement marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and analytics platforms in coordination with IT and Digital teams.<strong>Branding and Communications<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strengthen and protect the bank\u2019s brand identity across customer touchpoints.<\/li>\n<li>Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistent usage across branches, digital platforms, and communication materials.<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand architecture, positioning, and messaging for all product lines (retail, corporate, SME, wealth).<\/li>\n<li>Lead the creation of marketing collateral, campaign assets, and brand communication materials.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee visibility of corporate communication initiatives, including Public Relations (PR) coordination, internal communication, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)<strong>Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with digital banking teams to ensure brand consistency and optimized user experience across digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Support social media strategy, content calendars, and online brand reputation monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Use data insights to enhance acquisition, retention, and cross-sell campaigns.&nbsp;\n<p><strong>Compliance, Governance and Risk Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines (banking regulations, advertising standards, data privacy).<\/li>\n<li>Maintain audit-read documentation for campaigns, approvals, and vendor interactions.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit teams for communication reviews and approvals.&nbsp;\n<p><strong>Performance Tracking &amp; Analytics<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and provide actionable insights.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain dashboards on brand health, marketing ROI, customer engagement, and market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer research in collaboration with research agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"dlVaanciesList_divSkill_0\" class=\"form-group row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-2\"><span id=\"dlVaanciesList_lblSkill_0\" class=\"font-weight-bold\">Knowledge and Skills:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-10\">\n<ul class=\"p-l-17\">\n<li>Managing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing and Brand Management<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical Capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity paired with a structured approach to problem-solving.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor and agency management expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of retail &amp; corporate banking products and customer segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"dlVaanciesList_divQualification_0\" class=\"form-group row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-2\"><span id=\"dlVaanciesList_lblQualification_0\" class=\"font-weight-bold\">Qualifications and Experience:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-10\">\n<ul class=\"p-l-17\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in business studies is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate education in Banking and\/or Banking certification(s) is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years\u2019 experience in Marketing, Branding, or Marketing operations, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and leading brand initiatives.<i>NMB Bank Plc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
