Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n

Functional consultant is responsible for implementation of the IFMIS projects by gathering requirements, configuring systems, delivering end-user training, producing essential documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing pre- and post\u2013go-live support to ensure successful deployment and client satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Lead the implementation of the Revenue Payment Gateway module and other IFMIS-related solutions<\/li>\n
  2. Ensure solution alignment with client needs by validating that all system modules meet defined business requirements<\/li>\n
  3. Gather and document requirements, define project scope and objectives, and design functional solutions in line with organizational strategy<\/li>\n
  4. Collaborate across internal teams and client departments to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes<\/li>\n
  5. Deliver end-user and core team training sessions on ERP systems, both local and international clients<\/li>\n
  6. Conduct remote and in-person training, including web-based and classroom sessions at overseas client sites<\/li>\n
  7. Configure system, support client to conduct User acceptance test in accordance with client specific functional and process requirements<\/li>\n
  8. Prepare comprehensive project documentation reflecting client specifications and implementation details<\/li>\n
  9. Creating and maintaining essential documentation like\u00a0operational manuals, training materials, and configuration records<\/li>\n
  10. Provide ongoing support, including pre- and post\u2013go-live assistance, to ensure stable system performance and user adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field<\/li>\n
    2. Alternatively, an Advanced Diploma in Accounting or Finance may be accepted with relevant experience<\/li>\n
    3. Minimum of 2 years\u2019 professional experience in finance, accounting, IT systems, or related domains<\/li>\n
    4. Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, financial procedures, and industry best practices<\/li>\n
    5. Possession of a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is considered an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
