Development of a Learner-Centered Onboarding Strategy for Artemis AI-Assisted Phenotyping Tools<\/p>\n

The Alliance works with local, national and multinational partners across Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and Africa, and with the public and private sectors. The Alliance is part of CGIAR consortium (www.cgiar.org), a global research partnership for a food-secure future, dedicated to reducing poverty, enhancing food and nutrition security, and improving natural resources and ecosystem services. With novel partnerships, the Alliance generates evidence and mainstreams innovations to transform food systems and landscapes so that they sustain the planet, drive prosperity, and nourish people in a climate crisis.<\/p>\n

Bid Information<\/h2>\n

The Alliance of Bioversity-CIAT through the Artemis project, is deploying AI-assisted phenotyping tools to support breeding programs. A scalable, adaptable onboarding strategy is needed to address immediate training needs during current product rollout and establish a foundation for a self-guided onboarding system evolving with Artemis tools and user base.<\/p>\n

Objectives<\/h2>\n

The consultancy will:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Refine understanding of target users by defining learner profiles, their onboarding needs, and learning objectives through review of existing user research and insights.<\/li>\n
  2. Develop a scalable onboarding strategy linking learner needs to learning activities, delivery formats, and aligned with Artemis\u2019s product roadmap and scaling goals. Include a Theory of Change outlining how onboarding outcomes support project objectives.<\/li>\n
  3. Design an integrated onboarding blueprint with modular learner journeys, content mapping, adaptable frameworks for evolving tool functionalities, and metrics for ongoing assessment of onboarding effectiveness and adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Scope of Work<\/h2>\n
