Furthermore, Article 113 of the Constitution and the Judiciary Administration Act Cap. 237 give the Commission various responsibilities, including the recruitment of Judiciary staff of various cadres.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Therefore, the Commission invites applications from qualified Tanzanians who meet the qualifications listed below for each position and are willing to work in different regions and districts of Tanzania.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">1.0 Hakimu Mkazi II \u2013 TJS II<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>1.1 Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Form Four or Form Six certificate<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a government-recognized university or higher learning institution<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy certificate will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>1.2 Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Prepare schedules for hearing preliminary criminal and civil cases<\/li>\n<li>Hear preliminary criminal and civil cases<\/li>\n<li>Hear preliminary matrimonial and probate cases<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver judgments for all cases heard<\/li>\n<li>Issue various judicial orders as legally permitted<\/li>\n<li>Mediate disputes<\/li>\n<li>Hear appeals from Ward Tribunals<\/li>\n<li>Conduct legal research and provide Management<\/li>\n<li>Human Resources Planning<\/li>\n<li>Human Resource Planning and Management<\/li>\n<li>Labour Relations and Public Management<\/li>\n<li>Industrial Relations<\/li>\n<li>Business Administration or Commerce (majoring in Human Resources Management) or equivalent qualifications from government-recognized institutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>2.2 Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Maintain accurate records of all staff<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and implement staff establishment structures<\/li>\n<li>Research, analyse, plan and estimate Bachelor\u2019s degree majoring in procurement and supplies from a government-recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>Registered with PSPTB as \u201cProcurement and Supplies Full Technician\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>4.2 Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-4\"><\/div>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Keep stores clean and secure<\/li>\n<li>Receive purchased goods from suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Receive and store used items that still need safekeeping before disposal<\/li>\n<li>Open and maintain Bin Cards and Ledgers for all items<\/li>\n<li>Issue items according to established procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">5.0 Afisa Ununuzi II (Procurement Officer II) \u2013 TGS D<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>5.1 Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Advanced Diploma in Procurement\/Supplies from a government-recognized institution OR<\/li>\n<li>Professional Level III from PSPTB, registered as \u201cGraduate Procurement and Supplies Professional\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>5.2 Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Participate in preparing tender advertisements<\/li>\n<li>Distribute tender documents<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with departments on procurement premises<\/li>\n<li>Guard buildings, offices and property day and night<\/li>\n<li>Ensure doors and windows are properly locked after working hours<\/li>\n<li>Control entry of
