The officer will actively engage clients, provide tailored financial solutions, and implement recovery strategies to safeguard the company\u2019s financial stability.<\/p>\n<h2>Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Sales and business development<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Promote and sell loans and related financial services to new and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Guide clients through the loan application process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Loan monitoring and recovery<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Track loan performance and repayment schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Identify early warning signs of default.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend restructuring options where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Implement effective collection and recovery plans.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate repayment schedules with delinquent clients.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate repossession and disposal of assets when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Client relationship management<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Maintain strong, professional communication with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Handle queries and concerns respectfully to preserve trust.<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships that support business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Compliance and reporting<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Ensure all sales and recovery activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on loan portfolio performance on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Provide insights to management for decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sales and credit risk departments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform all duties to be assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Skills and experience<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Strong networking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be aware of market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.<\/li>\n<li>Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the digital and social media space.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of working with Microfinance Institutions will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in debt collection, repayment negotiations, and recovery strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of credit risk management and loan portfolio monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Strong numerical and analytical skills for assessing loan performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify early warning signs of default and propose solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desired qualifications<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Applicants should have the
