Revenue Growth<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive acquisition of new business from the corporate segment in Tanzania.<\/li>\n<li>Increase corporate account revenue by 30% year-on-year through effective account farming and hunting strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Retain existing corporate customers while maintaining customer churn below 3%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Business Acquisition &amp; Market Expansion<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and target organizations currently not utilizing Airtel Tanzania services, including new market entrants and competitor accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute effective sales and call plans.<\/li>\n<li>Understand prospective customer needs and provide tailored business solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sales presentations and face-to-face engagements with potential clients.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and business proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Airtel Tanzania\u2019s products and services to support sales efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Increase Share of Wallet<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximize revenue from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce customers to new and improved products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly engage existing customers to identify changing business needs and provide suitable solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Debt Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with customer contacts to ensure timely payments.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively manage accounts receivable and minimize outstanding debts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Innovation &amp; Customer Retention<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to recommend new products and service enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to differentiate Airtel from competitors.<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to identify and implement upselling opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with clients and strengthen customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Support marketing initiatives through input on promotional and customer engagement strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Key Account Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement, and monitor account development plans to maximize new and repeat business.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, positioning Airtel as a trusted and professional service provider.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer information is accurately captured and updated in Airtel\u2019s customer database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.
