secure, and scalable backend systems powering our payment infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>You will play a key role in developing reliable services for payment processing, wallet systems, reconciliation, banking integrations, and internal financial platforms.<\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys backend systems engineering, distributed systems design, performance optimization, and solving real-world infrastructure challenges at scale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build high-performance, low-latency backend services using idiomatic Golang.<\/li>\n<li>Design and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for payment processing and financial operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop resilient distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes reliably.<\/li>\n<li>Build and optimize asynchronous processing workflows and event-driven systems.<\/li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.<\/li>\n<li>Design secure systems aligned with financial and payment industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize database performance, query efficiency, and overall system reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and architecture discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production systems and improve observability, monitoring, and operational stability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to shape technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor other junior engineers and contribute to team growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of hands-on software development experience with Golang.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience building backend systems and RESTful APIs in Go.<\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems and microservice architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and asynchronous programming patterns.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or other transactional systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design principles, and query optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or NATS.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building secure, reliable, and observable systems in production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, CI\/CD, and system reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Gin, Fiber, Chi, or similar Go frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Linux server management, Docker, AWS, and other cloud-native infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with event-driven architectures and queue-based processing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to payment systems, reconciliation systems, ledgers, or wallet infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Experience integrating with telecoms, mobile money operators, banks, or third-party financial APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OpenTelemetry.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of DevOps and infrastructure automation practices.<\/li>\n<li>Interest or experience working with AI tools, automation
