CCBRT<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) aims to be the preferred provider of accessible specialized health services in Africa and serves as a healthcare social enterprise and through development programmes in the community and the most vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible, CCBRT is also engaged in extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities including obstetric fistula repairs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral centre for high risk and emergency deliveries in the region of Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania.<\/p>\n<h2>Purpose of the role<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In order to strengthen the Human Resource Department, CCBRT is looking for an energetic, analytical HR Professional who will assist in the provision of all HR services towards its business units.<\/p>\n<h2>Your role<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for the effective delivery of HR services using the HR Business Partnering approach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The HRBP will help to:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Assess client needs<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and apply the CCBRT HR strategy and policies, rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to establishing internal procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide solutions to a wide spectrum of complex HR issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As HR Business Partner, you will deliver a value-added service to line managers and employees by working in close collaboration with line managers on all staff management issues.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for all HR matters for allocated departments that you serve as HRBP.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>HR administration<\/li>\n<li>Compliance matters<\/li>\n<li>Leave management<\/li>\n<li>Performance Management<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment &amp; Selection<\/li>\n<li>Training Needs assessment<\/li>\n<li>Disciplinary support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of the HR team, you will also assist in payroll administration and HRIS implementation.<\/p>\n<h2>Your qualifications and work experience<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Applicants should have the following qualifications and work experience:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management or related study<\/li>\n<li>Minimal 6 years of professional experience in business environment conducting performance analysis and reporting with primary data collection, design of forms and data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Payroll administration<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work<\/li>\n<li>Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and other word processing software programs<\/li>\n<li>Showcase good analytical and evaluative skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Have good interpersonal skills and a client-oriented focus<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in both English and Swahili<\/li>\n<li>Ability to attain high level of confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application
