You\u2019ll have the opportunity to grow your network, develop your skills and see the direct impact of your work every day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00a0<b>About the role:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>The Sr. Key Account Manager role is responsible for building and managing the overall (generally head-office) relationship with multi-outlet accounts and the most significant and generally most sophisticated customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Role Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Brilliant execution:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Embedding the Everyday Minimum Execution Standards as the way of working. Ensure complaints from key accounts receive\u00a0timely\u00a0resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Partnership with key accounts<\/b>:\u00a0Develop and\u00a0maintain\u00a0great relationships and business partnerships with key accounts. Define and deliver medium and long-term Key Accounts business plans\u00a0and the strategy for their implementation\u00a0around a total alcohol,\u00a0one-portfolio\u00a0approach. Define customer trading terms (e.g. bonus, credit, discounts) in commercial planning, following guidelines from Finance Decision Support.\u00a0Identify\u00a0business opportunities, emerging trade\u00a0trends\u00a0and insights, and develop innovative ideas in strategic accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Delivery of\u00a0sales objectives<\/b>:\u00a0Ensure that\u00a0key accounts achieve\u00a0objectives\u00a0in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality (e.g., RQI), and customer price of products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Compliance<\/b>:\u00a0Ensure that Key Account team members are well-trained and aligned with the Diageo Marketing Code, COBC and all corporate compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Reporting &amp; Analysis<\/b>:\u00a0Consolidate\u00a0insights and data gathered by\u00a0the Key Account team to ensure that the management and relevant stakeholders are always fully informed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><b>Experience \/ skills required:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Required certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Required Experience<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>3-4 years\u00a0track record\u00a0in sales (experience at a manager level would be an added advantage), with specific experience in account management, field\u00a0sales\u00a0or trade marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic P&amp;L literacy and\u00a0previous\u00a0experience\u00a0with\u00a0financial data (targeted trade investment, margins\u00a0optimisation, customer profitability\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driving license and strong driving experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for luxury and Reserve with an understanding of competitors,\u00a0distributors\u00a0and key customers:\u00a0\u00a0their businesses and particularly their shoppers\/consumers in the Reserve universe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of commercial opportunities and sensitivity to\u00a0customer\u2019\u00a0satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong influencing skills, able to set a vision and inspire clients.
