Location Lubumbashi and Kinshasa<\/p>\n<div class=\"mast-ad mast-ad-after-paragraph-10\" data-mast-ad-area=\"after-paragraph-10\">\n<div class=\"adsense-manual-wrap\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ml-5 mt-4 text-xl \">\n<p class=\"text-sm text-black\"><span class=\"font-bold\">Principle Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"w-full prose prose-sm max-w-none\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and presenting accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal management and external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, GCEC, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining a robust accounting framework aligned with statutory requirements, including Central Bank regulations and tax authority guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the proper maintenance of financial records and books of accounts, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with internal and external auditors, facilitating smooth audit processes and ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the oversight and coordination of finance function activities, ensuring alignment and consistency in financial reporting processes.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing, validating, and submitting statutory and regulatory reports to the Central Bank and relevant authorities in compliance with prudential guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and ensuring ongoing compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, while proactively staying updated on changes in regulatory and reporting requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting support to meet business and operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and enhancing financial reporting policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Providing guidance and support to junior finance staff, promoting high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ml-5 mt-4 text-xl \">\n<p class=\"text-sm text-black\"><span class=\"font-bold\">Qualifications Required<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"w-full prose prose-sm max-w-none\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting from any recognized University and relevant professional qualifications (CPA\/ACCA) will be added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Professional banking certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of three (5) years\u2019 relevant experience, preferably within branch operations or customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of banking products, branch operations, and customer relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of performance management and change management principles.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to promote teamwork, trust, and a customer service\u2013oriented culture.<\/li>\n<li>Strong planning, organizing, coaching, analytical, and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ml-5 mt-4 text-xl \">\n<p class=\"text-sm text-black\"><span class=\"font-bold\">CRDB Commitment<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"w-full prose prose-sm max-w-none\">\n<div>\n<p><em>CRDB Bank is dedicated to upholding Sustainability and ESG practices and encourage applicants who share this commitment.
