We offer a range of retail, business, corporate and investment banking, wealth management products and services.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Job Summary<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>To perform and manage all activities in a way that strict adherence to approved Credit and Provisioning Policy as well as the approved standard credit processes and procedures are maintained:<br \/>\n\u2022A credit profession acting as credit expert to the relationship team and the conduit to the credit risk function for sanctioning purpose<br \/>\n\u2022Responsible for developing practical and appropriate credit solutions(i.e Lending structures through understanding of customer\u2019s needs)<br \/>\n\u2022Delivering high quality and consistent credit applications\/recommendations.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor and control all SME accounts portfolio.<br \/>\n\u2022Maintain data integrity in the Credit Lens and ensuring financial information are updated on regular basis<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Description\u200b<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Accountability:\u00a0 -50%<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Analysis, evaluation, and recommendation of credit applications.<\/p>\n<p><b>Outputs to deliver this accountability:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of credit applications for recommendations to the sanctioners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that all credit applications are assessed within the agreed SLA time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that his\/her assessment and recommendations of credit applications comply with requirements as per approved credit and provisioning policy.<\/li>\n<li>Work in partnership with RMs on new and existing credit applications, providing guidance on credit appetite and consulting with Credit Team as appropriate<\/li>\n<li>Attend customer meetings with the Relationship manager if credit related issues are to be discussed\/need to be resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Accountability:\u00a0 -15%<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Filing information into customer information credit monitoring files without fail.<\/p>\n<p><b>Outputs to deliver this accountability<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all registers are marked appropriately and kept up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all appropriate records are filed in an acceptable way. Files are appropriately stored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Accountability:\u00a0 -35%<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Monitoring performance of clients\u2019 accounts and where necessary propose remedial measures.<\/p>\n<p><b>Outputs to deliver this accountability:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor and Control quality of portfolio using Condition of sanction triggers where possible.
