{"id":1151,"date":"2026-03-27T19:51:11","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T19:51:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mwanampotevu.co.tz\/?p=1151"},"modified":"2026-03-27T19:51:11","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T19:51:11","slug":"credit-administrator-2-positions-at-kilombero-sugar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mwanampotevu.co.tz\/index.php\/2026\/03\/27\/credit-administrator-2-positions-at-kilombero-sugar\/","title":{"rendered":"Credit Administrator \u2013 2 Positions at Kilombero Sugar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the control of debtor\u2019s accounts in assigned area, ensuring timely collection of payments through regular customer communication and handling customer queries and claims.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures maximum cash flow benefit accrues to the company by continuously liaising with customers to secure payment within the payment term as set by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Estimate daily cash flow by liaising with customers and providing accurate details of anticipated collection.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses customer payment when receiving by checking remittance advice for any discrepancies from invoice and ensure all documents for claims deducted have been received.<\/li>\n<li>Process all approved rebates that are received from commercial team and ensure reconciliation is completed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure communication with customers so that allocated account is kept within objective.<\/li>\n<li>Contact customer to discuss erroneous items which have been short paid and resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both parties.<\/li>\n<li>Provide courteous and efficient service to the customer by ensuring requests for copying invoices, statement or proof of delivery are handled promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Checks allocated accounts and resolve differences to ensure credit due have been passed timeously and all queries are being investigated.<\/li>\n<li>Process credit notes and ensure adjustment note are properly filed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all credit notes relating to specific invoices, short payment or claims are recorded accurately and promptly against the account.<\/li>\n<li>A Formal reconciliation must be done for the relevant accounts on an agreed periodic basis Daily, weekly or monthly depending on the account.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and distribute customer sundry Invoice and statements including all relevant supporting documentation (I.e. debit and credit notes)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all documentation is filed in their respective folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accountancy\/business administration\/Equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Not less than 3 years working experience working in finance environment.<\/li>\n<li>Details process and analytical ability<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal\/ analytical reasoning ability<\/li>\n<li>CPA and SAP ERP will be added advantages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Terms of Service:\u00a0<\/strong>The successful candidate will be engaged on a\u00a0<strong>Permanent Contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All interested candidates, who meet the above requirements, should apply for the position on or before\u00a0<strong>3rd April 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kilombero Sugar Company Limited is an equal opportunity employer.
