Develop a framework for commercial processes. Support the Zonal EHOD in tracking routine functional \/ departmental objectives.\u00a0Entrench and Monitor Region Team performance disciplines and routines<br \/>\n<strong>Key accountabilities\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Analysis &amp; Reporting\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide region teams with reports on connections and airtime revenue<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide reports to compute monthly incentives payable to Channel Partners and SD team.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Develop sales target setting templates<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Prepare presentations on monthly performance for Zonal EHOD<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide region team with distribution partner and staff monthly performance reports<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide Financial region Cost review templates and Budget forecasts<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Tracking KPI\u2019s of all key new launches for a period of two months on a daily basis, to be measured and evaluated on a monthly basis.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Preparation of the region projects &amp; proposals business cases.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Preparation of Weekly region reports, Dashboard and Management meeting presentations<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Budget Champion for region: Monitoring of Sales Capex &amp; Opex and ensuring they are within approved budgets.<br \/>\n<strong>Manager region Project Routines &amp; Disciplines<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Prepare business cases for new projects<br \/>\n<strong>Region Operations &amp; Incentive Plans Management:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Develop and monitor reward &amp; recognition programs for Channel Partners &amp; SD team; run Contest results and follow up to ensure that rewards get to the right winners.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Computation of monthly Sales Incentives (SIP) and R&amp;R as per HR policy, Validate with Revenue Assurance and ensure that such payments are done by HR.<br \/>\nWorking closely with Geo-marketing team to review Territory &amp; Regional boundaries, based on ROIs for Channel partners and other region infrastructure elements.<br \/>\n<strong>Business Process review<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Liaise with other departments on business reengineering processes relating to distribution team, back office and corporate segment<br \/>\n<strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent and effective communications skills, both orally and in writing<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent level of knowledge of all products within a product family, Vodacom policies and practices.
