The role will support and enable the Organisational Effectiveness &amp; Change strategy through identifying and leading the development and implementation of OE projects and initiatives that will include, amongst others, organisation design and diagnosis, data analytics, organisation effectiveness &amp; efficiency, maintenance of organisational job architecture as well as change and cultural transformation.<br \/>\n\u2022The incumbent will be required to partner and share expert knowledge and best practice with various internal stakeholders such as HRBPs and functional leaders.<br \/>\n<strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Work closely with functional leaders, executive leaders, HRBP to align functions to the business strategy through proactive and continuous diagnosis of organisational effectiveness, organisational sizing and implementing sustainable organisational improvements<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support company-wide digital transformation projects as well as business unit specific change and transformation initiatives through effective macro level organisation design<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0In partnership with the relevant HRBP and HRD, develop and drive a continuous efficiency agenda for defined business areas by assessing and improving OE metrics such as average span, deepest layers, management ratios, employment costs and other metrics.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Shape and influence future thinking around organisational operating models and design, ways of working, efficiency and managing change by drawing best practice from Vodacom Group teams and external market sources.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Drive simplification and reduce duplication of activities &amp; processes within defined business environments by sustainably re-focussing resources to new revenue streams and\/or strategic enablers through detailed analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Support HRBPs with effective workforce planning \u00a0through monitoring permanent and contractor employment costs\/headcount<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Contribute to innovative approaches to projects and initiatives, effective problem solving as well as a culture of new idea generation, calculated risk taking and knowledge sharing.<br \/>\n<strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Minimum 5 years\u2019 relevant work experience with proven exposure to organisational effectiveness (organisation design &amp; operating models), and organisation efficiency<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Proven exposure to business restructuring, transformation and people change initiatives (incl. working with senior business leaders)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Knowledge and exposure to agile organisation design and methodology<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Understanding and experience of workforce planning (headcount &amp; employment cost)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Theoretical understand and working knowledge of job architecture methodology<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Good understanding of job evaluation methodology (e.g. Paterson, Hay System, Willis Towers Watson\u2019s Global Grading System)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0A good understanding of change management frameworks and experience in developing change management plans.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong relationship building and partnering skills<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Good understanding of multinational corporate business and operating at a tactical level across multiple business and geographies in a key industry (Telco, Technology or Consulting experience is an added advantage)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Strong learning agility and curiosity<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Analytical thinker with good written and communication skills<br \/>\n<strong>Must have experience and technical \/ professional qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0BCom degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (essential)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0 \u00a0Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field (advantageous)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<h2><b>Not a perfect fit?<\/b><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Worried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
