Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Lead the formation and execution of IT strategy, including budget planning and management.<\/p>\n

\u2022Drive digital transformation initiatives and champion innovation across the enterprise.<\/p>\n

\u2022Oversee project and program management, ensuring timely delivery and visibility at all levels.<\/p>\n

\u2022Manage product development, customer self-help solutions, and simplified customer journeys.<\/p>\n

\u2022Ensure effective CAPEX and OPEX spend aligned with organizational strategy.<\/p>\n

\u2022Promote agile adoption, modernized architecture, and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n

\u2022Nurture talent through upskilling, reskilling, and performance management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
