To strengthen the Board\u2019s expertise and oversight, the Company seeks to appoint two (2) Directors with expertise in Finance and Information Technology (IT).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">CSDR is a subsidiary company of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange PLC (DSE).<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Minimum Requirements<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">An applicant should:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Possess personal qualities to make substantive contributions to the Board deliberations;<\/li>\n<li>Possess Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage);<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 10 years of senior professional experience in the relevant field;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate understanding of corporate governance principles;<\/li>\n<li>Have high integrity and sound professional reputation; and<\/li>\n<li>Prior board or senior management experience will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Successful candidates will contribute to the Board\u2019s responsibilities including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Providing strategic guidance and oversight to the management of CSDR;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring sound corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the development and implementation of CSDR\u2019s strategic objectives; and<\/li>\n<li>Contributing expertise in the respective professional fields to enhance Board effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Mode of Application<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Interested candidates are required to submit:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>An application letter detailing suitability for the position;<\/li>\n<li>A Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae; and<\/li>\n<li>Certified Copies of relevant certificates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">To the following address:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>The Company Secretary<\/strong>\u00a0CSD &amp; Registry Company Limited, 1st Floor, Exchange Tower, Morocco Square, Ursino\/Mwai Kibaki Street, P.O.
