Salary range: TZS 300,000 – 500,000 per month
Beauty Group is inviting qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the following open positions.
1. Storekeeper (Male and female)
Key responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.

Organize and maintain inventory in the store.

Issue products to authorized staff as required.
-
Keep accurate stock records and report shortages or damages.
-
Ensure cleanliness and proper storage conditions.
Requirements:
-
Basic knowledge of inventory or store management.
-
Ability to maintain accurate records.
-
Honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail.
2. Sales representative (Male only)
Key responsibilities:
-
Promote and sell Beauty Group products to customers.
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
-
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
-
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
-
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-
Confidence in customer interaction.
-
Sales experience is an added advantage.
3. Cashier (Female only)
Key responsibilities:
-
Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
-
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
-
Issue receipts and balance cash at the end of shifts.
-
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
-
Maintain cleanliness at the cashier area.
Requirements:
-
Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
-
High level of honesty and reliability.
-
Customer service experience is an advantage.
4. Social media assistant
Key responsibilities:
-
Create and post content on social media platforms.
-
Assist in promoting Beauty Group products online.
-
Engage with customers through comments and messages.
-
Support basic photo and video content creation.
-
Monitor social media trends and performance.
Requirements:
-
Familiarity with social media platforms.
-
Basic content creation skills.
-
Creativity and good communication skills.
5. CCTV camera operator (Male only)
Key responsibilities:
-
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
-
Identify and report suspicious activities.
-
Maintain accurate incident records.
-
Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment.
-
Coordinate with management on security matters.
Requirements:
-
Experience in CCTV operation.
-
Strong attention to detail.
-
Good discipline and confidentiality.
