Join our process engineering team and gain first-hand experience optimizing agro-processing workflows. As a Process Engineering Intern, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing oil yield, improving quality control, and driving process efficiency at our avocado oil plant.
Responsibilities
Assist in designing and analyzing process flows to optimize extraction efficiency.
Monitor plant operations to identify opportunities for quality and yield improvement.
Collect and analyze production data to support process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent production quality and compliance with standards.
Assist in maintaining documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Strong interest in chemical/process engineering principles.
Familiarity with process mapping, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is an asset.
Analytical thinking and data interpretation abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
