Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for the position of Afisa Utumishi II – TGS E.
Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Human Resource Planning, Labour Relations, Public Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration (majoring in Human Resources Management) or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all employees
- Interpret and implement staff structures
- Research, analyze, plan and estimate staff training needs
- Collect, analyze and maintain all staff statistics and records
- Handle various daily staff welfare matters
General Conditions for All Applicants
- Tanzanian citizen, aged 18–45 years, no criminal record
- These are new positions – current permanent public servants are not eligible
- Ready to be posted to any region or district in Tanzania

- Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU/NACTE
