Public Service Jobs: Dereva II – TGS B at Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama – November 2025
Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for the position of Dereva II – TGS B.
Qualifications Required Form Four certificate + Class C1 or E driving licence (at least one year accident-free) + Basic Driving Course from VETA or equivalent recognized institution. Trade Test Grade II will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle before and after journeys
- Drive staff on official trips
- Perform minor vehicle repairs
- Collect and distribute documents
- Record all trips in the logbook
- Clean the vehicle
- Perform other duties as directed
General Conditions for All Applicants
- Tanzanian citizen, aged 18–45 years, no criminal record
- These are new positions – current permanent public servants are not eligible
- Ready to be posted to any region or district in Tanzania

- Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU/NACTE
