Position: Procurement Manager (2 Positions)
Locations: Dar es Salaam and Pwani
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement plans in line with company strategy and policy.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure value for money in all purchases.
- Supervise procurement staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Enforce procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting and cost-control efforts across departments.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP-T) is an advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail procurement management.
