Position: Accountant Assistant (3 Positions)
Locations: Dar es Salaam and Pwani
Role Purpose
To manage branch financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare branch financial statements, reconcile accounts, and monitor expenses.
- Support budgeting, auditing, and inventory valuation.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations on payment processing and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. CPA holder preferred. At least 2 years’ experience in retail or service sector accounting. Sound knowledge of accounting systems and IFRS. High integrity, accuracy, and analytical ability.
