Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for the position of Msaidizi wa Ofisi – TGOS A.
Qualifications Required Form Four certificate + short course in Office Attendant, Office Management, Messengerial Course or Office Clerk from a government-recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean offices and surroundings (sweeping, dusting, gardening, toilet cleaning, etc.)
- Move files and documents
- Serve tea
- Collect and deliver mail
- Photocopy and file documents
- Open and close office doors/windows
General Conditions for All Applicants
- Tanzanian citizen, aged 18–45 years, no criminal record
- These are new positions – current permanent public servants are not eligible
- Ready to be posted to any region or district in Tanzania

- Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU/NACTE
