Tume ya Utumishi wa Mahakama invites qualified Tanzanians to apply for the position of Afisa Ugavi Msaidizi I – TGS C.
Qualifications Required Diploma in Procurement/Supplies or Bachelor’s degree majoring in procurement from a government-recognized institution, registered with PSPTB as “Procurement and Supplies Full Technician” and computer literate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep stores clean and secure
- Receive purchased goods from suppliers
- Receive used items that need storage before disposal
- Open and maintain Bin Cards for every item
- Open and maintain Ledgers for all stock movements
- Issue items to users according to procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
General Conditions for All Applicants
- Tanzanian citizen, aged 18–45 years, no criminal record
- These are new positions – current permanent public servants are not eligible
- Ready to be posted to any region or district in Tanzania

- Certificates obtained outside Tanzania must be verified by TCU/NACTE
