Geita Gold Mining Ltd (GGML) is Tanzania’s leading gold producer with a single operation in Geita Region. The company is a subsidiary of AngloGold Ashanti, an international gold producer headquartered in Denver, USA. The mine is situated in the Lake Victoria Gold fields of Northwestern Tanzania, only about 85 km’s from Mwanza City and 20 km’s South East of the nearest point of Lake Victoria. The company has its head office in Geita, only 5 Km’s west of the fast-growing town of Geita, and also a supporting office in Dar es Salaam. What We Are Looking For

- University degree earned no earlier than 2022
- A First Class or Second-Class honors

Qualification Required & Experience
To qualify for the GGML Graduate Trainee programme, applicants MUST:
- Be a Tanzanian citizen
- Be an unemployed Tanzanian graduate aged between 18 – 30 years
- Applicants must have graduated between 2022 and 2025
- Eligible applicants must possess a tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree) in any of the following disciplines:
