Applications are open for the Flusche & Fitzgerald Law Student Scholarship Contest 2026. Write an essay describing why you want to become a lawyer and they will choose one (1) entry to be selected and awarded $1,000 to put towards their law school tuition.
They want to hear about why you want to become a lawyer. What inspired you to enter into such a challenging profession. More importantly, they want to hear how you will make a difference in the community as you progress through your legal career.
Prize
- One (1) winner will be selected and awarded $1,000 to put towards their law school tuition.
Eligibility
- You must be enrolled at an accredited law school located in the United States.
- Only one entry per applicant is allowed.
Application
In your essay submission, they want to hear about:
- What inspired you to pursue a legal career?
- What type of goals do you have planned as you work through your career?
- Why you should be considered for the scholarship award
Submission must include:
- First / Last Name
- Phone number
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Name of the Law School You Are/Plan on Attending
- Proof of enrollment at the school
- Letter of recommendation
- Compelling essay with at least 250 words but no more than 350 words about the topic described above.
Your application must contain only one PDF file with your proof of enrollment, letter of recommendation, and essay included in that order.
