CBM Tanzania is pleased to invite your organization to participate in our Supplier Prequalification Process for the provision of goods and services for the period 2026-2028.
This process aims to identify and register qualified suppliers who meet CBM’s standards in legal compliance, financial stability, technical capacity, and ethical conduct. Prequalified suppliers will be eligible to participate in future procurement opportunities issued by CBM Tanzania.
Please find attached the Prequalification Application Form, Checklist of Required Documents, and Evaluation Criteria. Completed applications must be submitted no later than October 31, 2025, to:

- Scoring Guide: Relevant experience, Curriculum Vitae with certified copies of all certificates for management/personnel), equipment/resources.
- Evaluation Criteria: Past Performance & References
- Weight: 10%
- Scoring Guide: Minimum of 3 references; history of similar contracts; client satisfaction.
- Evaluation Criteria: Ethical Standards & Governance
- Weight: 10%
- Scoring Guide: Signed anti-corruption declaration; conflict of interest disclosure.
- Evaluation Criteria: Completeness of Submission
- Weight: 5%
- Scoring Guide: All required documents submitted; application form properly filled out.
Minimum qualifying score: 80%
Note: Suppliers scoring below the threshold may be reconsidered in future cycles or invited for clarification.
