Job Title: Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a management, leadership role within retail banking.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce.

  • Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
