Job Title: Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in a management, leadership role within retail banking.

Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.
Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce.

Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
