Diploma in Secretarial / Customer Care

EXPERIENCE                            

One Year Experience and Above.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SILLS     

– Good Communication Skills, Fluent in English and Swahili for both Oral and Written.

– The Understanding of Chinese Culture.

-Passionate, Responsible and Behavioral Perspective.

FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

Be Responsible  in the Reception, Registration ,Guidance of Visitors and inform  Responsible Personnel in Time.

Responsible for the Management of Employees Door Control Authority.

Responsible for all Offices Cleaning and Dormitory on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Check the Inventory of Supplies from  Time to Time and Logistic Support as well.

Responsible for Documentation, Office and Record Keeping.

Arranging COVID 19 Test booking and Car Arrangement to Hospital.
